Part 3: Parent–Child Abstinence Education Study Program
Building Dialogue, Trust, and Shared Understanding
Overview
Part 3 is a unique, interactive Parent–Child Online Study Program delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS). It allows parents and children to learn abstinence education together, strengthening communication and helping parents actively guide their child’s understanding.
This format supports families of all backgrounds—public school, Christian school, or homeschool—to work through lessons as a team.
How the Program Works
1. Shared Online Lessons
Both the parent and the child receive access to each lesson. They read, watch, and complete activities through an easy-to-use online platform.
Lessons include:
- Videos
- Interactive quizzes
- Scenarios
- Journaling prompts
This shared structure naturally builds communication.
2. Parent Commentary & Guidance
Parents can:
- Write private reflections on each lesson
- Add personal stories, advice, and values
- Reinforce key points
- Discuss the lesson with their child afterward
The LMS features a commentary box visible only to the parent and child—creating a safe, guided learning environment.
3. Strengthening Family Communication
This program is designed to:
- Help parents talk about sensitive topics confidently
- Build trust and mutual respect
- Reduce confusion or misinformation
- Allow children to feel supported, not lectured
Parents become the primary guide in the child’s values and decision-making.
4. Flexible for Any Household
Families can:
- Complete lessons at their own pace
- Use desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile
- Access learning anytime
- Print certificates of completion
The flexible format meets the needs of busy modern families.
Outcome
Children receive consistent abstinence education while parents strengthen bonds, reinforce values, and guide their child toward healthy, responsible choices.
